Rows and rooftops
The Terraces were built in the 1860s as merchants’ houses and were divided into apartments in the 1970s. Ceilings are high, windows are tall, and the best flats have a roof garden reached by a shared stair.
Streets are wide and lined with plane trees. Two small parks and the covered market are a short walk.
What to check
Service charges vary a lot between buildings. We list them on every apartment page.
