How we handle your details.

What we collect

Your name, email and phone number when you fill in a form, and the notes you give us about what you are looking for. We do not buy lists or scrape profiles.

What we do with it

We use it to reply to you, match you to homes and, if you ask, add you to the private register or the quarterly issue. We never sell it.

Who sees it

The agents you write to and the office manager. If you enquire about a home, the seller may be told your name.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are deleted after 24 months without contact. Register members can ask us to delete their details at any time.

Your rights

You can see, correct or delete what we hold by writing to the office. We reply within thirty days.
